Three reasons to write to us, three routes
I have a project
The study form is the right door: it gathers in one go what we need to know — volume, insulation, flue, constraints — and saves you three rounds of back-and-forth.
Budget: a made-to-measure masonry heater, installation and commissioning included, starts at €15,000 incl. VAT and most often falls between €15,000 and €20,000 incl. VAT (VAT at 5.5%, the reduced French rate, for renovation; 20% for new builds) depending on mass, cladding and options.
Our reply: an immediate acknowledgement, then a written response on feasibility within fifteen days. Costing follows once the file is complete.
Lead time: at least three months between signing and first fire, six to eight months on average, sometimes a year or more on complex projects.
I already have a Thermasse heater
Running the fire, maintenance, sweeping, door seal, glass, access doors: the heater manual answers most questions.
For a spare part, a repair or a doubt about the draught, call us: we will find your project file and your heater’s data sheet.
I am a professional
Mason, stove builder, architect or supported self-builder: we train and support partner fitters, and we supply materials and kits through Cœur de Foyer.
Tell us where you are and what you want to build: the installer network page describes the three steps, what they bring and what we do not promise. The workshop sessions open the first one.
Where we are, where we work
The workshop is in Pouilly-en-Auxois, in Côte-d’Or, at 44 rue du Sergent Stéphane Mazeau. This is where the heater cores are dry-assembled before going out to site, and you can come and see them by appointment.
We work throughout France. Directly in Bourgogne-Franche-Comté and the surrounding area; elsewhere, with partner fitters whom we train and support, on a heater we have sized.
From the A6, take the Pouilly-en-Auxois exit, then head for the town centre: rue du Sergent Stéphane Mazeau leads off the square. We do not embed a Google map on this page: it would place trackers before you had even clicked.
